User and Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is between 3dprintai.io (Seller) and the user (Buyer) who uses AI tools on the platform for 3D modeling and production services.

2. Service Description

3dprintai.io provides the service of converting designs uploaded by the user or created with the help of AI into physical models using 3D printers. Each product is produced custom-made according to the parameters chosen by the user.

3. Pricing and Payment

Service fees are calculated based on the complexity of the design and the amount of material. Payments are collected through licensed payment institutions partnered with the Platform using secure encryption methods.

4. Cancellation and Return Conditions

In accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods prepared in line with the consumer's special requests or personal needs.

Arbitrary returns or cancellations cannot be made for "custom-made" products whose production has begun.
In cases of technical defects from production, incomplete shipments, or damage during shipping, the Buyer has the right to free exchange or return by notifying [email protected] within 14 days.

5. Usage and Copyright

The user warrants that they own the copyright of the models uploaded to the platform. The Seller reserves the right to reject the production of models that are illegal, violent, or dangerous (weapon parts, etc.).

6. Delivery and Shipping Costs

Completed products are shipped to the delivery address specified by the Buyer in the order form via the contracted shipping company.
